1. Agreement

By using vetongroup.com, the client portal, or the staff workspace, you agree to these terms. Paid engagements are additionally governed by a written service agreement.

2. Our Services

VETONGROUP provides surveying, design, approvals facilitation, valuation, project management, and related built-environment services in Nigeria. Quotations are fixed for the scope described; changes in scope are quoted separately.

3. Your Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information and required documents in a timely manner. Delays in providing documents may extend project timelines, for which VETONGROUP is not liable.

4. Payments

Invoices are payable by the due date via the payment methods provided. Work commences upon receipt of any required deposit as stated in your service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final deliverables (drawings, reports, certificates) produced for you. VETONGROUP retains rights to its pre-existing tools and methodologies.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for delays caused by government agencies, third parties, or force majeure.

7. Disputes

Disputes are first resolved by negotiation; failing that, by arbitration in Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria, in accordance with Nigerian law.
