We share data only with service providers essential to our operations (e.g. Cloudflare R2 for file storage, Resend for email, Paystack for payments) and with government agencies where required to process your approvals. We never sell your data.

5. Data Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit, hashed passwords, role-based access controls, and signed, time-limited document URLs. Access to your project file is restricted to you and authorised staff.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting hello@vetongroup.com. You can also download your project data from your portal profile page.

7. Retention

We retain project records for the period required by Nigerian law and our professional obligations, after which they are securely deleted.
